**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If a participant has to cancel after partial or full payment has been made, the following cancellation schedule will apply:

Due to a change in credit card processing fees, all charges made using a credit card will be subject to a $150 refund fee. If you paid with a direct bank deposit or a check, you will not be subject to this fee, should you request a refund.

Full refunds (minus $150 credit card refund fee) will be made if written cancellation is received at least 120 days prior to departure. Cancellations received between 75-119 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1,500 per person. Cancellations received between 45-74 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of $2,500, plus any applicable airline ticket cancellation charges. Cancellations within 44 days, no refund.
